What services does Seegreen provide?

Seegreen Services is a locally owned and operated trash and recycling collection company. We provide
weekly collection of garbage, recycling and yard waste. We pride ourselves on our reliability and
customer service.

What size containers are provided for garbage and recycling?

95-gallon roll cart for garbage 44 in height 29 in width 33 in depth
65-gallon roll cart for recycling 43 in height 26 in width 26 in depth

When will my cart be delivered?

Containers will be delivered before the start of the first service day.

When should I place my carts out for pickup?

Carts should be placed curbside by 6:00 AM on your collection day or place out the night before. WE
START EARLY.

What is not acceptable in the garbage?

Paint, motor oil, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, electronics, any hazardous materials

What materials can go in the recycling cart?

Plastic bottles number 1-7, paper, newspaper, magazines, cardboard, paperboard, tin, aluminum, steel
cans

What is not acceptable in the recycling cart?

NO GLASS, polystyrene foam, plastic bags, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, no molded plastics like toys

What can I do with my yard trimmings?

Seegreen will collect up to five bags of yard waste per week. They should be placed by the garbage cart
for collection on the same day as your service. Weight should not exceed 30 lbs. If bags are over loaded
they will not be collected. Loose material such as small branches can be cut into lengths not to exceed 3
feet bundled and tied. No more than a combination of 5 bags or bundles will be collected in one week.
If you have an excessive amount of yard debris you can call the office for an estimated cost for pick up.

How do I schedule a bulky pick-up?

What holidays does Seegreen Services observe?

Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day(Thursday), Christmas Day, New Years Day

What happens if my service day falls on the holiday?

If your normal day falls on the actual holiday or your pickup day is after the actual holiday during this
week your pickup will be delayed one day. This includes Friday pickups which would be serviced on
Saturday. Seegreen will always email customers a holiday notice.

When will I receive my bill?

Your first billing statement will arrive after your start date. Emailed statements are sent out quarterly
from [email protected]. You can request a paper bill by contacting our office. After receiving
your bill you can go online and choose your payment method or you can mail a check to Seegreen
Services.
